Every reading I write is created personally and by hand for the situation you've shared with me. I want each client to feel that the work they paid for genuinely reflects their situation — and to feel safe ordering, knowing that if it doesn't resonate, you have a path forward.

If, within 30 days of delivery, your reading does not resonate with you, please reach out to me at info@quietlysandra.com and a full refund will be issued.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, please email info@quietlysandra.com within 30 days of receiving your reading. Include a brief note letting me know that the reading didn't resonate. You don't need to explain in detail unless you'd like to — your peace of mind matters more than justification.

Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days of your request and returned to your original payment method.

If your reading has not yet been delivered

If you change your mind after placing your order but before work has begun on your reading, please contact me as soon as possible. If your reading has not yet been started, you will receive a full refund right away.

If something has gone wrong technically

If your reading is not delivered within the stated timeframe, or if there is a technical issue with your file (such as a corrupted PDF, missing attachment, or the wrong reading sent to you), please reach out immediately. The issue will be resolved at no additional cost to you, and you will always receive what you paid for.

A note on expectations

Readings are intended for personal reflection, emotional insight, and entertainment purposes. They do not guarantee specific events, dates, or outcomes.

Every reading is written honestly, including when the insight is more difficult to hear. This honesty is part of the work I do.

After 30 days

After the 30-day window, all sales are considered final. This allows me to dedicate full energy to current readings while ensuring fairness for everyone who orders.
