Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final once your reading has been delivered.

Each reading is written personally and by hand for your specific situation. Because it is a custom digital product created for you, it cannot be returned or resold once delivered. For this reason, all sales are final after delivery.

If your reading has not yet been delivered

If you change your mind after placing your order but before work has begun on your reading, please contact me as soon as possible. If your reading has not yet been started, you will receive a full refund.

If something has gone wrong

If your reading is not delivered within the stated timeframe, or if there is a technical issue with your file (such as a corrupted PDF, missing attachment, or the wrong reading sent to you), please reach out immediately. The issue will be resolved at no additional cost to you, and you will always receive what you paid for.

A note on expectations

Readings are intended for personal reflection, emotional insight, and entertainment purposes. They do not guarantee specific events, dates, or outcomes. Refunds cannot be issued on the basis that a reading did not predict a particular outcome or did not contain the answer the customer hoped to receive.

Every reading is written honestly, including when the insight is more difficult to hear. This honesty is part of the service.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If you believe there has been an error with your order, please contact me email info@quietlysandra.com opening a dispute. All messages are read and responded to personally, and most concerns can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
